“Radical Acceptance” is the new catch phrase for an ancient and world-wide technique of accepting our reality, and it's caught on for a reason. It allows us to come to full and honest terms with our reality, since running away from something that exists whether we want it to or not is only spending vital energy without a true purpose. Radical Acceptance often scares us away because it means we may have to face reality that is frightening or painful, but ultimately it will liberate and free us from a huge burden to pursue this way of letting go of unneeded suffering.Read More

If we were all asked to raise our hands if we’re holding onto worries of the past, I think almost the whole world would have their arms stretched upwards. Even those of us who do attain a highly evolved spiritual state will encounter grievances as a natural part of life and the human condition. Life is a constant process of letting go.
